What we collect
We collect account details such as business name, contact name, and email. We also collect business data you choose to import or sync, including products, inventory levels, and sales history, from CSV files or connected POS systems such as Square, Shopify, Lightspeed, and Clover.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide the inventory analysis service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one customer's data for another customer.
POS connections
When you connect a POS system, we request read-only access authorized by you through OAuth. You can disconnect a POS integration at any time from the Connections page.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number on our servers.
Storage and security
Data is hosted with our cloud infrastructure providers. Each business's data is isolated to its own account and protected by row-level security and access controls.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. These rights are available under Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA. To make a request, contact us by email.
